Moya brings 25 years of experience in business with 18 years of recruitment experience to Everest Recruitment inc.
She graduated with a BSc Honours degree in Management Sciences in 1985 and then began a career in software development, acting as a software consultant for many world class companies such as KPMG, British Telecommunications PLC, Hitachi Data Systems and British Aerospace (BAe) Systems. During the late eighties and nineties, Moya also held a number of director level positions with technology companies with responsibility for strategic HR issues.
Moya graduated with a Masters degree in Business Administration in 1994 when she took a number of additional Human Resources courses. On finishing her MBA, Moya started up a Recruitment and HR consulting company specializing in the IT sector.
Moya and her family moved to Kelowna in 2004, to enjoy everything that the Okanagan has to offer. Seeing the huge demand for permanent staff here in the Okanagan, and the need for professional, friendly and approachable assistance in the recruitment process, Moya founded Everest Recruitment.
The combination of strong business skills and experience in both small, medium and large enterprises with extensive recruitment experience enables Moya to find the very best candidates to suit the changing needs of our clients in the Okanagan.
