If you give the go-ahead for your resume to be sent to our client, we will send it, your cover letter and our summary explaining what you can bring to the role, to our client. They will then review all the short listed candidates and tell us whom they want to interview. We will let you know as quickly as possible if you've made the interview list. We will then arrange the interview between you and the client, at a mutually convenient time.
The interview may be on the phone or teleconference or in person. Some clients prefer 2 or 3 interviews before they make the final decision and some request background checks and/or testing. We will always tell you the interview/hiring process so you can be prepared.
